Our Story
Powering a Smarter Energy Future.
We’re a mission-driven solar developer delivering long-term value for property owners, communities, and the grid.
Davis Hill Development
Backed by Skyview Ventures, Built for Impact.

Davis Hill Development (DHD) is a distributed solar developer, owner, and operator focused on delivering long-term value to landowners, municipalities, utilities, large offtakers, and community solar subscribers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
We’re a subsidiary of Skyview Ventures, a renewable energy investment firm founded in 2008. Their support strengthens our in-house capabilities in project finance, REC management, and long-term asset operations.
Since 2013, Davis Hill Development has completed 30+ grid-tied solar projects and 100+ behind-the-meter systems. We currently own a 60 MW C&I portfolio across 15 states and have 300 MW in active development. Our proprietary GIS and marketing platform lets us control projects from start to finish, while our team handles permitting, interconnection, offtake structuring, and operations. We focus on rooftops, carports, farmland, brownfields, and industrial land—delivering scalable clean energy solutions that drive energy independence and lasting impact.

Our mission is to utilize distributed renewable energy technology and creative financing solutions to meet the climate challenge, while providing trustworthy, reliable service to our customers and partners.
