2.8 MW

At 136 Pendleton Street in Cortland, NY, Davis Hill Development (DHD) is delivering a community solar project that will provide clean, renewable energy to local homes, businesses, and institutions. Built on a former scrap-metal processing site, the 2.8 MW AC solar array is transforming previously underutilized land into a long-term source of value for the community.

The project will generate enough electricity to power more than 500 homes annually, while also contributing 25 years of new tax revenue for Cortland County. With prevailing wage jobs and workforce development opportunities, it supports both economic growth and environmental progress. Through a partnership with Arcadia, Cortland residents can subscribe to the project, lower their monthly electric bills, and directly participate in the clean energy transition.
